The proposed Hindu temple and cultural center complex is planned for a 20 acre parcel that will be created by the extension of the Fairfield Ranch Road and consist of seven buildings, parking, and magnificent gardens and fountains.

Mandir Temple
Building: The Mandir is an elevated, approximately 10,000 square-foot, single-story temple facility. It will have three (3) spires reaching up to 70 feet in height and two (2) spires reaching 50 feet in height. Use: The Mandir will serve as a place where devotees and visitors will offer prayers and participate in the traditional rituals performed in front of the sacred deities. A serene silence would be maintained at all times of the rituals. Devotees and visitors will spend a maximum of 15 minutes in the Mandir.

The Foyer
Building: The reception hall is a 17,621 square-foot, two-story building with office and conference space, a small medical center, restrooms, and a gift and book shop. Use: The foyer will serve as the central point of the entire complex. The first floor will have an information desk, a reception office, a small medical center, a central security office, restrooms, a gift and book shop, and a waiting area or general meeting point. The second floor will house administrative offices.

The Auditorium
Building: The cultural center is a 33,781 square-foot, single-story building with mezzanine support spaces over the stage and entrance. The mezzanine level above the entrance will house an audio/video control center for the auditorium, as well as quiet viewing room with a glass window looking into the auditorium. The mezzanine level above the stage will be comprised of meditation rooms. The stage will provide a platform from which spiritual discourses will be given. Also, cultural dances and plays will be occasionally performed on the stage. Storage rooms for props will be provided on both sides of the stage. Use: The auditorium will serve as a congregation hall where people can listen to spiritual discourses and devotional hymns and can receive guidance on spirituality, and family and moral values.

Classrooms, Gym, Dining Hall & Kitchen
Building: The buildings comprise 60,235 square feet, which include two gymnasiums and two two-story classroom buildings, consisting of about 22,500 square feet each. The remaining area will include the kitchen and dining/gymnasium areas. Uses:
BOYS/GIRLS CLASSROOMS:
The classrooms will be used to teach children moral, cultural and spiritual values. Music and language classes will also be held.

GYMNASIUM/DINING HALLS:
These multi-purpose facilities will be primarily used as gymnasiums and dining halls. On Sunday evenings, the facilities will be used as dining halls. At all other times, they will be used to promote youth athletic activities.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen facility will be used to prepare and cook food for people who attend Sunday assemblies.

Exhibition Hall
Building: The exhibition hall is a 16,236 square-foot, single-story building. Use: The exhibition will give visitors a concise yet comprehensive study of Hinduism - its origins, growth, glory and what Hindu values can contribute to the world at large. It will also convey strong messages expressing the importance of family unity and an addiction-free life. An exhibit, called "Beautiful Borderless World", will emphasize the feeling that the whole world is one big family. These exhibits will be portrayed through translite screens, 3D-diaramas, video projections, and other multimedia equipment.

Sant Nivas
Building: The living quarters, a 11,330 square-foot, single-story building consisting of six dormitories, a meeting and living room, a small music and waiting room, a kitchen, and a dining area.
