The religious and cultural center complex is planned for an undeveloped 20-acre site just northeast of the 71 Freeway, set between Monte Vista and Central Avenues. The project will comprise of 164,372 square feet and will include a temple area with a beautiful entrance, gardens and adjacent cultural and educational facilities .

The entire project is set in a 20 acre parcel, and all of the structures only comprise about 3.1 acres -- or 15% of the site. The rest of the site is landscaped open space, access roads, internal roadways and parking . There will be 723 on-site parking spaces, more than the city requires and enough for current use and future projections.
