The temple and cultural center will have religious and educational facilities for various programs. With the temple's design rooted in classic, graceful Indian architecture, it will feature a vast entrance accented by beautiful lawns and gardens. The cultural complex, designed using modern archictecture, will house classrooms, meeting rooms, a snack shop, a medical center, a gymnasium and dining facilities. Flowering gardens with courtyards and places for contemplation will exist throughout the complex.

The exhibition will give visitors a concise yet comprehensive study of Hinduism- its origins, growth, glory and what Hindu values can contribute to the world at large. It will also convey strong messages expressing the importance of family unity and inter-religious harmony. An exhibit, called " Beautiful Borderless
World " will emphasize the feeling that the whole world is one big family. These exhibits will be portrayed through translite screens, 3D-diaramas, video projections, and other multimedia presentation.
